Friday night was Casa night with Ben and Scarlett. At first, I felt like I didn't have time to go since we are trying to move. But boxes and packing can wait. Growing grandchildren cannot.
The play was Pinocchio. It was very good, and we all enjoyed it. As always, Ben and Scarlett loved getting autographs from the actors and scoring some souvenirs.

Maybe next year Ava and Lucy can come in for the plays. Wouldn't that be fun?

ReplyDeleteI remember so fondly going to Casa as a kid! Even more fun because every play that had a king in it...the king was my uncle (Do you remember every king having a big red beard? That was him...and that beard was real!).
ReplyDeleteSomehow we managed to move away about the time that Jennifer would have really been willing to start sitting still to watch the whole thing, so she didn't get to see many, but I'm hoping that I'll get to take Kaylee to lots of fun Casa productions!
